Al-hiwar.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) built the Al Hiwar App app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Al-hiwar.com at no cost and is intended for use as is. We know that our users care about how your personal information is used and shared. We take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. By visiting or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, process and share your information as described herein. Al-hiwar.com collects the following data from you and your use of the App and of the services available through the App (“Services”):

Information you provide

We collect, process and use information, including personal data, that you provide or make available to us when accessing or using our App and Services. Examples of such information includes: l the information you enter on the App and Services such as your name, birthdate, email address; l the information corresponding to your access or use of the App and/or Services such as your searches of the mosque or bookmarked Quran verses, the prayer requests you post or those that you have indicated to have prayed for, or modifications to any of your settings; and l where you sign up or log in with your account on a third party site (such as your Facebook account or Google account), the personal data that you have provided to the relevant third party site, to the extent allowed by your account settings with the third party site or otherwise authorized by you.

Information relating to your device and the App settings

We also receive, store and process information, including personal data, when you access or use the App, including but not limited to: l device-specific information relating to your device for example your device brand and model, operating system version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information (such as your mobile carrier); l your geolocation information, including but not limited to IP addresses used to connect your device to the internet, GPS data and network services data; and l application specific information relating to the App for example the application version number, activity on the App,, the date you installed the App onto your device and the date you last used the App. Additionally, the App makes use of third party libraries, SDKs, APIs and software (as set out in the Acknowledgement pages from time to time) which may also collect additional information. Please refer to the relevant third party’s privacy policy for more information on the third party’s processing of your data. We do not purport to have listed all possible disclosures that we might make. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand our general practices. This policy is not a promise that your information will never be disclosed except as described above. V. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our app or sending you an email. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the Services after such changes have been first posted.
